Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the State Affairs Committee Substitute offered on page 3086. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 17(STA) Honoring Alaskan and Palmer resident Tommy Moe for winning gold and silver medals at the 1994 Winter Olympic Games in Lillehammer, Norway, was adopted. CS FOR SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 17(STA) was read the second time. Senator Salo offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 1, line 1: Delete "and Palmer resident" Page 1, line 4: Delete "Palmer resident" Insert "Alaskan" Senator Salo moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of Amendment No. 1.
